adrianryan, this beer turned out really well. It was a great summer quaffer that I'll have to brew again for the coming summer. A really good beer to drink cold on a hot day.

Hi, do you have more detail on the pilsner, i wanted to give this a go and the shop has 10 different types of pilsner malt??
