Hi all
Sorry if this is a stupid question but a have a keg that once fermented and kegged i put straight into the fridge as i had always force carb'd my kegs, but i would like to know if i pull this keg out and loaded it with 76 g of sugar would it still naturally carb or have i shut the yeast down for good?
Cheers

The yeast have probably fallen into a deep slumber and would not be the best candidates to carb this batch up......but, you can always add a bit of fresh yeast with your priming sugar and that should do the trick. Here's a yeast that was designed just for that: http://www.danstaryeast.com/products/cb ... beer-yeast
