The Commentary.
The Checklist is based on the recipe, equipment and efficiency figures used in
The Commentary but all these can be changed.
BIABrewer.info realises that The Checklist is very primitive. There are hundreds of improvements that are needed that will take some time to achieve. (Any change in one part of The Master Guide requires major re-writes in most/all other parts.)
For now, the following will get brewers under way. Other brewers will be happy to assist you with any questions if you ask them in
BIABrewer.info and BIAB for Beginners or
Measurement and Records.
