  I don't normally blow my own trumpet - in this case I'm blowing it for BIAB and to encourage those new to the method who may perhaps harbour some niggling doubts about whether BIAB is 'second best' or some sort of soft option.
  
  Anyway this year, as announced tonight at the awards night, the Brisbane Amateur Beer Brewers Competition yielded these Results for my BIAB beers:
  
  1st - Pale Ales and Bitters - Special Bitter 42 points (out of 50)and Silver
  1st - Stouts and Porters - Dry Stout - 44...

  Was lucky enough to fly business class on Emirates on an A380 from Dubai to London the other day. Fell in love with all the stewardesses and even had one take me on a tour of their sleeping quarters :). They are the best!

  It sure is a weird feeling, i think after it was over, i realized how scary it was. Like you siad wiz, no warning.
  I cant get over the noise, it was the loudest thing i have ever heard, i can only liken it to a jumbo jet crashing into the shed at work. Amazing no one was hurt, heaps of buildings of historical burt st, boulder, have half fallen down or has srious damage.

  I'd like to be the first to say welcome to the live site, but I'd also like to be the first to thank all of those involved in making this happen.
